中共中央办公厅7月3日发出通知，要求各地区各部门认真学习贯彻习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上的重要讲话精神。
The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued a notice on July 3, requesting Party members to earnestly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at a celebration marking the centenary of the CPC.
通知指出，习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话，立足中国共产党百年华诞的重大时刻和“两个一百年”历史交汇的关键节点，回望光辉历史、擘画光明未来，是一篇马克思主义纲领性文献，是新时代中国共产党人不忘初心、牢记使命的政治宣言，是我们党团结带领人民以史为鉴、开创未来的行动指南。要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，把学习贯彻“七一”重要讲话精神作为当前和今后一个时期一项重大政治任务，精心安排部署，周密组织实施，引导广大党员、干部、群众深刻领会和把握讲话的重大意义、丰富内涵、核心要义、实践要求，切实把思想和行动统一到讲话精神上来。
According to the notice, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the celebration marking the centenary of the CPC reviewed the glorious history and drew up a blueprint for the future based on the important moment of the centenary of the CPC and the intersection of the two centenary goals. It is a Marxist guideline document and a political declaration by the Chinese Communists in the new era that we do not forget our original aspirations and keep our mission in mind. It is a guide for our Party to unite and lead the people to learn from history to create a bright future. The notice required that studying the spirit of the important speech at the ceremony marking the centenary of the CPC should be regarded as the priority of the current theory study and the core of the learning and education of the Party history. And studies activities and discussions should be conducted to develop a good grasp of the core essence of the speech. The central publicity group for Party history learning and education should hold a series of special lectures and seminars. All local departments should carry out targeted, customized and interactive lectures for the people in an in-depth way, guide cadres and people to deepen their understanding of the speech spirit, strengthen the overall guidance, organization and coordination of media at all levels, deeply analyze the new thoughts, new ideas and new theories in the speech to fully reflect the understanding of all Party members and cadres and show the concrete measures and fruits in all aspects delivered by all local authorities and all government departments.
