Ablameyko Sergey, the President of Belarusian State University visited Dalian University of Technology on the afternoon of February 21th, 2017. President Guo Dongming, met with the visitors at Room 512 in the main building and confirmed the direction and topic of multi-research. In the meeting, both sides discussed the relative questions on DUT-BSU Joint Institute, the cooperation and development of Confucius Institute, student-exchange programs, Summer-camp program and the future cooperation fields. The two sided signed a supplementary agreement of Dalian University of Technology, Pacific National University, Belarusian State University Cooperation Agreement.
President Guo Dongming welcomed Ablameyko Sergey's visit, and said that a good cooperation relationship has been built between Dalian University of Technology and Belarusian State University. The communication and interaction between two sides has increased in recent years. Under the joint efforts of both sides, the cooperation project had made a great progress and it provided a broad space for the development of personnel training, scientific research and academic exchanges.
Ablameyko Sergey, the President of Belarusian State University, said that Dalian University of Technology has always been the most reliable and closest partner. Both sides have built a solid friendship and trust through the establishments of Confucius institutes and the launch of scientific projects. With the implementation of research cooperation projects, we have enough causes to believe that the cooperation in 2017 between both sides will achieve a new height, which is not only a meaningful experience, but also a milestone of cooperation in related fields.
From February 16th to February 21th, the delagation of Belarusian State University made a friendly visit to our school. During this period, President Ablameyko Sergey and Professor Zhuravkov Michael delivered speeches on Science and Educational Activity of Belarusian State University in Aerospace and The Development Direction and Research of the Department of Applied Mechanics of Belarusian State University. Students and teachers of our school attended the lecture and had a meaningful communication with professors.
