To strengthen international educational collaboration and foster unity among foreign faculty members, DBJI held a welcome meeting for its foreign teachers on March 7, coinciding with a tea party to celebrate the 2025 International Women's Day. The event was attended by Prof. Guo Shuhong and Prof. Gao Junfeng, Vice Deans of DBJI, along with administrative and teaching staff. Nine visiting faculty members from Belarusian State University (BSU) participated in the gathering, which blended academic exchange with cultural appreciation, highlighting the institute's commitment to both international education and humanistic engagement.

At the meeting, Vice Dean Guo Shuhong extended a warm welcome to the BSU faculty team on behalf of the institute and reviewed the achievements of DBJI in collaborative education. Vice Dean Gao Junfeng emphasized the outstanding contributions of foreign faculty in curriculum design, research collaboration, and student development, noting that they are a core force in DBJI's international teaching and research endeavors. He added that the institute would further optimize its teaching support system and expand cross-cultural exchange platforms in the new semester.

Following the discussions, Vice Deans Guo Shuhong and Gao Junfeng presented commemorative gifts to the foreign faculty and female staff, reaffirming the institute's commitment to supporting women's professional development. Through cultural activities and policy initiatives, DBJI aims to empower every faculty member to achieve personal growth while shining in their unique roles.

The success of this event not only deepened collaboration between Chinese and foreign faculty and administrative teams but also enhanced cultural integration, strengthening the sense of belonging and professional identity among international staff. It has injected fresh momentum into DBJI's international education initiatives and humanistic ecosystem for the new semester.
