Approved by the Ministry of Education of China, the “2025 Academic Annual Conference” will be held in Dalian on December 10, 2025. This event is jointly hosted by Dalian University of Technology and Belarusian State University, and co-organized by the China-Belarus Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Industrial Equipment and Instruments, the DUT-BSU Scientific Research and Innovation Center, and the School of Optoelectronic Engineering and Instrumentation Science of DUT.

The theme of the “2025 Academic Annual Conference” is “Deepening Science-Education Synergy · Co-Creating Excellence in Development”. Key topics include, but are not limited to:
